Business Analyst ETMS2
The Business Analyst will have strong communication/leadership skills to support TMT deployments. You will navigate a complex work environment to collaborate with our product users and support our software application. You will be supported both on-site and remotely by experienced specialists in technology, application development and project management. • Analyze processes and help the client incorporate processes into our tool. Teach users new functionality of the tool. Work with end user on best practices.
Help Desk Support Service Specialist
Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT), Microsoft-based application that provides a correspondence management solution for the Department of Defense. There are more than 60 TMT deployments across the DoD. The TMT Help Desk Lead will manage the end user Help Desk support experience across TMT tenant. If new to TMT, the Help Desk Support Service Specialist is expected to quickly develop a deep understanding of the TMT application, the program’s environment, and the overall client context.
Participate in the development and updating of PMO processes and templates. Manage complex IT projects from requirements solicitation through product transition and project close out. Producing Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs). Developing Course of Action (COAs) presentations with input from technical resources. Meeting with government customers to elicit and document project requirements. Reporting directly to government managers as well as the contract Program Manager. Identifying, managing and mitigating project related risks.
