Sales Account Executive
Responsible for the maintenance and expansion of our client portfolio and bring demonstrated and extensive knowledge of federal contracting for IT professional services. The SAE must have experience with opportunity development, capture management, prime and subcontractor negotiations and client engagement. This position is responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and providing SHR with end-to-end acquisition support.
Lead Cloud Engineer
Must have first-hand knowledge of security infrastructure, assessment techniques, and deployed architecture to support system development lifecycle requirements for planned initiatives in support system authorization activities. This position will provide direct support to the customer ensuring industry best practice, cybersecurity requirements, and policy is implemented in accordance with established organizational policies and federal mandates.
Senior Network Communication Manager
Responsible for the management of a computer network withing an organization ensure that they are working properly. In some cases, they will also maintain networks for third party clients to include the installation/maintenance of telecommunication, video, VoIP and VTC systems. Responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining VIOP/VTC equipment and related network services utilizing both CISCO and Palo Alto. You must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with an After-Action Report (AAR) what action must be taken to address the issue. Senior Linux Administrator
Maintain, upgrade, and overseeing our cloud computing strategy. Support cloud application, cloud management including private cloud and hybrid cloud. Able to work alone and group environment is critical. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues quickly and accurately. Professional spelling, grammar, and communication skills. Automation & Orchestration Engineer
Supports the Information Technology (IT) Architecture and Engineering (A&E) by providing a combination of software and system engineering (SE) knowledge, skills, abilities, standards and best practices to implement modern and Next Generation (NexGen) IT solutions leveraging a wide array of vendors and technologies across the full stack: physical, networking, storage, virtualization, servers, applications, and services You must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with an After-Action Report (AAR) what action must be taken to address any issues. Follow up with the Project Manager (PM), Lead Engineer and teammates is critical to the success of the mission.
Windows System Administrator

Help Desk Support Service Specialist
Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT), Microsoft-based application that provides a correspondence management solution for the Department of Defense. There are more than 60 TMT deployments across the DoD. The TMT Help Desk Lead will manage the end user Help Desk support experience across TMT tenant. If new to TMT, the Help Desk Support Service Specialist is expected to quickly develop a deep understanding of the TMT application, the program’s environment, and the overall client context.
Intermediate SharePoint Developer
Responsible for developing SharePoint out of the box and custom implementations as well as supporting SharePoint deployments. This includes ensuring best practice operational processes are in place and adhered to; providing technical analysis on business projects; and driving efficiencies through optimization and automation.
