ISO 20000:2011 is an international standard for IT service management processes. This designation certifies that SHR processes are aligned with international best practices for the design, delivery and improvement of IT services.
ISO 9001 is the international standard that defines requirements for quality management systems, which was last updated in 2015. This certification validates that SHR has documented processes in place to consistently provide services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, as well as processes for continuous improvement.
CMMI SVC / ML3
Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for service providers is an assessment program that independently evaluates an organization’s internal processes. This designation independently verifies that SHR has the processes and procedures in place to complete projects on time and on budget, with documented best practices in place for work management, process management, service establishment, service delivery and support, and supporting processes.

As a member of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Partner Network, our engineers have completed role-based certifications for those in Cloud Practitioner, Architect, Developer, and Operations roles, as well as Specialty certifications provided by AWS.
