The first step is to develop a data governance strategy that maps all resources, decisions, and test results to mission objectives and constraints. The second step uses network flow calculations to weigh, prorate, and normalize mission effect and identify hidden critical assets. SHR uses the MRADS methodology to provide accurate results of testing, evaluation, and range activities, capturing and including weighted mapping between synthetic resources, events, and associated results to eliminate sources of error and provide more indicative results.
