 SHR Consulting Group, an 8(a) Small Business, has a successful five year history serving defense and civilian agencies such as The Defense Information System Agency (DISA), Joint Service Provider (JSP), the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the U.S. Army, the U.S. Navy, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

Robert Sanchious

Founder & CEO

 Mr. Sanchious has a decade of experience in the Information Technology field and brings a wealth of expertise in Strategic Management, Application Services, Enterprise Management, and Infrastructure Services.  Mr. Sanchious founded SHR Consulting Group in 2012 and has supervised a variety of services to the Department of Defense, Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security, and state government.   Mr. Sanchious created SHR after working as an Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). Prior to CSC, he was a Subject Matter Expert at SMS Data Products in various IT disciplines.

Mr. Sanchious is currently the Chief Enterprise Architect with WHS JSP and has extensive experience leading complex integration efforts between multiple component agencies. Mr. Sanchious has implemented high-level engineering solutions for Network Access Control, Voice over IP, Rich Media, Microsoft Technologies, Virtualization, and Enterprise Management projects. He has served as engineering architect for multiple customer projects such as Cisco NAC, VoIP, VTC, and Meeting Place. 

Mr. Sanchious' engineering experience working with disparate technologies provides him with an unparalleled understanding of all components within an enterprise.

Mr. Sanchious graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering with a minor in Mathematics from Virginia Tech. 

Randy Steiner

President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Steiner is an executive with over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. With a diverse background in the public and private sector, Mr. Steiner possesses vast experience in multidisciplinary IT specialties.

Prior to joining SHR, Mr. Steiner was the Division Chief for Solutions Development at the Enterprise Information Technology Services Directorate (EITSD) of the Washington Headquarters Services (WHS). Mr. Steiner served with the US Army acquisitions community as the Division Chief for Knowledge Management and Chief Software Architect for the Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). He has held positions as Chief Enterprise Architect and Technical Director for Enterprise Management Systems for SMS Data Products Group, Inc., the head of Operations & Business Support Systems (O/BSS) for North American Operations for Qwest Communications, and Account Operations Manager and Sr. Network Engineer of Electronic Data Systems Corporation. Early in his career, Mr. Steiner served in a variety of capacities, to include: System Programmer, Systems Analyst, Systems Administrator, Database and Network Administrator for the United States Army 5th Signal Command and 7th Medical Command.

 

Mr. Steiner holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Information Systems and possesses various certifications including Level 3 Certified Acquisition Professions (IT), Cisco, Linux, Oracle/Sun. Mr. Steiner is the recipient of numerous awards, among these the Commanders Award and The Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Civilian Service in 2016.
